First time TTC!

Good morning ladies! This is our first time TTC and I have no ideas what to expect! Yesterday was either 9 or 10dpo and in the evening before going to sleep I got a very dull, warm pain in my lower back and then twinges on what felt like the right side of my uterus or maybe my ovary area. The twinges came and went for about an hour, the sensation in my back was gone after about 15 minutes. Then this morning I woke up with a less than pleasant taste in my mouth. I know early pregnancy symptoms are often really just pms symptoms but I never have any symptoms or sensations when AF comes. I don't really dread her usually...until now Anyway, I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts or if my symptoms sound familiar??? Thanks!
