First trimester skin rash

I just noticed that I have a medium-sized patch of red skin with a few raised bumps on my belly. I don't have sensitive skin and can't even remember the last time I had a rash so I can only assume that it's pregnancy-related. Is this common? Should I be concerned?

Ihave broke out with little red itcy bumps on my forehead and cheeks. They drive me crazy and my skin stays dry now. Stomach itches every day but i haven't noticed any bumps ...yet!!
