floating spots

The other day I was getting out the shower and I seen these little spots that where floating in my vision. They went away after like a minute, what could this be?

Should I be worried ?

^ What she said. I would call and ask your MW/OB though, because last week I had to go to L&D for cramping and they told me to come back if I started experiencing "floaters."

I'm sure there's nothing to worry about if you feel fine though

Blood pressure. When I'm pregnant I do the opposite to everyone else and my blood pressure drops to very low. I get spots when
I'm tired
I'm hot
I'm stressed
I get up to quick
I have not drink enough
