Flu like symptoms

Great. Im 38 weeks pregnant 2morro doin n e thing to bring this labour along and here I am sittin on my sofa with Cold/Flu like symptoms!

Headach
Feeling hot (but not got a temp) 36.04
Sore throat
EXTRA tired
Nose feels tickerly

I felt ok this morning.

Had people say "oooooh i had that 24 hours b4 i went into labour" and "Yep! I've felt yucky in the run up to all my labours! Oohh.. Not long lex. Xx" and
A few days before I went into labour with Joey I felt really run down, maybe its a sign ..."

Its like PLEASE stop doin this to me girls!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there anything else i can take other than paracetimol as it does NOTHING!!

I have a heavy cold and its irratating. Not sure if its a sign of labour, but i know mine isnt.
Try steaming, put some vapour rub into a bowl of boiling hot water, put a towel over you head and breath in deeply. It helped me for like 20 mins and then it came back, but any relief is worth it.

Hot water lemon and hunny will help your throat and dont worry about it being labour hun Ive had flu symptoms for a week now and im four days overdue now! X

I'm having the same symptoms, i think its this wet weather though. Just get plenty of rest, how about grabbing a duvet, put a cosy movie on and have a hot chocolate.

im the same hun, full of the cold n had it 4 a week n fed up 2the max!! ive been takin paracetamol but its not woirkin anymore. darn cough is keepin me awake at nite so im evenmore tired than usual. not fun *annoyed*

Oh and great I have doo dooed like 4 times this evening! I wanna go bed!! mom came round done my washin up and helped me bath Theo.
Then my sister turned up to see if i was ok said im only here for 30 mins she was here for 2 hours!
Im runnin a bath now ..........
