Fluctuating temperament? Screaming one minute, cooing the next?

Hi all,

My LO is just over 4 months old and is a joy. She very rarely cries (only when tired or hungry), but recently she's been having fits of screaming/crying. It lasts for around 30 minutes a go and we try everything to console her - picking her up, moving around the house, lying on the bed, lying her in her cot, feeding, winding, changing nappy, changing clothes etc. We think she may be teething, but can her temperament change all of a sudden (any time of day) then go back to being smiley and happy in a matter of seconds?

I'd say she's teething too... my LO was the same the other night... x

Teething!

My LO got her first teeth at just over 4mths! Now has half a mouthful of teeth!

I say teething!

My LO does this but no teeth yet. I fluctuate between thinking it is discomfort and tiredness...who knows!
