Folic acid?

Is everyone taking folic acid? I’m wondering if it’s cauisng side effects. I’ve had some pretty intense cramps on a couple of days, I am in my 2ww but I think it’s unlikely this month and it just occurred to me about the folic acid, right after I’d taken today’s! I forgot it yesterday and had no cramps so I’ll see how I go today but I’ve already had wind

Vitamins can cause some gas.
