Follicles have stopped growing! Any experience?

So I am on CD 13 after my first round of Femara, hoping to do IUI this month.

Everything was looking great until yesterday when the nurse advised my hormones started dropping and only one of my follicles grew 1mm. I go into the office today and no growth at all on any .... 12 15 18 .... And hormones are still low so I am not ovulating yet.
She mentioned that the follicles may be bad since they have stalled.

Has anyone experienced this? Or are there any ancient techniques or wives tales that I can try to get these follicles moving???

I had follicles stop and start growing it was very on and off and this was with stronger drugs as it was ivf. I was on the short protocol but ended up taking ten times more injections on the highest dose but eventually it worked. Maybe ur dosage cud be altered or ivf perhaps?
