Follicles

Hello Ladies, for those who have had monitored cycles I am looking for some lived experience/ insight, I know what my doctor says but I also know she has known me for years and would sugar coat things to avoid hurting me...
It is my first clomid cycle, I took 50 mg of clomid CD 5-9, then day 10 had an ultrasound that showed a 9mm follicle and 2 x 7 mm follicles, tomorrow is CD 14 and I am going back for another measurement, I know that for ovulation the follicles have to be 18-24mm, has anyone had an under 10mm measurement at CD 10 and gone on to a good result (ie ovulation) at CD 14??

I have never been monitored but follicles typically grow 1-3 mm per day so they could be 18mm at cd 14 or 16. best of luck

So I went in for a CD 14 scan today and the 9mm follicle has grown to 12mm! My doctor said this is not wow news but also not to count this cycle out! She is ordering another scan for Monday - and DH and I are going to do our part and every night until then!
Keeping my fingers crossed!
