However i find I am getting new food aversions every few days of things I have been eating to help the sickness!
Last week I ate ginger biscuits, can't eat those now. Plain hula hoops and crackers were good, so was white toast, now I just associate them with feeling sick....
Just about to wander around the supermarket and see what else I can see which takes my fAncy.....anyone else in the same boat?!
