Fraudulent seller

Urgh, having a terrible day with a complete ass of a seller. Short of it, bought item 3 weeks ago, not as described, chase up seller for a week, send back item and now I find out that she has refunded me partly? Reason, item used

I didn't even take the damn thing out of its packaging as it was obvious it was wrong design. I know we are going through tough times, but seriously, stooping this low?

I have opened up a dispute on paypal, what are the chances of getting what is rightfully mine?

I'd say you probably will, ebay tend to side with the buyer. Good luck!

Thanks, she has refunded me, probably in the quickest time ever. However, she couldn't resist but leave another completely false comment.

First it was, "partial refund due to good gesture"

Now, "why did you have to fill it, now I can't resell"


Well why did you refund in lightening speed if you are so true. Wouldn't have anything to do with being caught out and salvaging whatever is left of her poor customer feedback? Unbelievable

Keep any documentation - IM's, emails , PMs. They can all be used if Paypal requests more information from you.
I just had a refund on Paypal after a dispute on Gumtree. They actually didnt ask me for anything and because he ever replied to any messages they sided with me.

So, I think they will side with you!!!!

They did!!, well she agreed, as I had escalated it. I've no idea why as she looked determined to shaft.

I've been very lucky as I contacted her directly through her site, instead of opening a dispute

She must have been rubbing her hands together as there was no retrievable record of my request. It has slightly shattered my faith in humanity, even though it worked out in the end, I'll always be hesitant shopping online.
