Oh no that's rubbish. Send them a email and get them to resend the card to you. I have ordered a few personalised cards from them in the past and they are usually very good.

i ordered 1 for the boys from "the magical elf" that comes dec 1st, it arrived and its lovely. i didnt realise what it was when it came as it arrived on my eldests birthday, so i let him open it..... their faces were great!!
