Frequent urination at 4DPO?

Okay so today I've been getting very frustrated cause I'm not in taking a lot of fluids but I have to pee really bad like every 10-15 mins! It feels like I've been holding my pee for 8 hours everytime I go.. Could this be a pregnancy thing? Or a Clomid thing?
