FRER? IC? what??

Ok, i'm obviously new to the wording of things around here...what on earth does FRER and IC actually stand for? What brands are they and any idea where I can get the 10 mIU/ml sensitivity tests?

I think ic means internet cheapie (the cheap thin strip ones) could b wrong lol
