How early would you use FRER's and what time of day?

The ones I have say you can use anytime of day.

It depends on you LP,so maybe 3 days before AF is expected?

I would not do them befor 3 days befor af if it is the early 1 and with FMU

I followed my bbt and I did frer on 12 dpo fmu.

Different for everyone but best is always to wait till AF day. Some women have to wait even later before they see a BFP.

BUT. With my daughter i got BFP on First Response 6 days before AF was due on a 30 day cycle.
