    I really am not a huge fan of fresh fruit. I love tinned fruit though, if I buy tinned fruit in it's own juice (not syrup) is it missing a lot of it's goodness or is it okay? xx

    youll be fine hun, my sister she hates fresh fruit as well and mw said to her eat as much tinned fruit and veg as you like :) xx

    It still counts as part of your 5 a day (as does dried fruit and juices) so go for it!!

    Just eaten a whole large tin of orange segments, they were yummy :) xx

    I don't really like fruit at all canned or fresh, but I love veggies, so I just eat those instead. I've always been in excellent health. Eating canned fruit is just fine since you like it.

    Yup they're fine and still just as nutritious.
    You can eat, fresh, frozen, tinned or dried and it will still count as part of your 5 a day x x

    **runs to cupboard for a tin of fruit to eat** yeah it's fine, i had a tin other day and it was yummy!
