Fruity Flapjacks

[Iwantone!!!]

Pre heat over to 150C/gas mark 2
Lighly butter a 4cm deep baking tray
Add all of the syrup suage butter in to a pan
Place on a medium heat until everything is bubbling and caramel-coloured
Take of heat and stir in oats and dried fruit
Pour mixture into baking tray push down with the back of the wooden spoon until nice and smooth and flat
Bake for 40-45mins
