Full prisons

Turns out our prisons are full so judges have been told to "only jail those people who are most dangerous to society" (i think that's the quote anyway) Its ridiculous. Just shows how bad society's getting if out prisons are full

They have known that this was going to happen for ages. I don't think it is society getting worse just better conviction rates, more offences being craeted that carry a custodial sentence and prison happy judges and magistrates.
