Funny Christmas stories :)

Ok ladies lets hear all those funny christmas stories, weather it is getting drunk at your works Christmas dinner and falling over or being presented with a raw turkey 1/2 hr before Christmas day dinner
Heres mine :

It happened about 10 years ago when Dan was about 3. On Christmas day we usually put the turkey in the oven and take off to my mums house for an hour then I will come back and prep the veg and stuff, anyway this year we done exactly that getting back home at about 1.30pm, as I entered the house I realised that it didnt smell of turkey but thought nothing of it so I set about prepping the veg and getting the potatoes on the boil, so an hour later it is time to let the turkey have a little breath in the oven, so I open the door and what do I have ?? A RAW TURKEY !!!!!! The element in the oven had went so even though I had turned the oven on it didnt work
We had to have some turkey shipped up from my mums house and send our turkey down there so it could be cooked I think I cried a river that day but now it is my Christmas funny story, we laugh so much when my OH shows how my face was when I opened the oven and was presented with a raw 20lb turkey

So come on ladies lets hear those funny stories, I am sure there is lots

it was christams 7 years ago the 1st one with karl, went over to his mums only the 3rd time i had seen her so me and karl went upstairs and well lets say had some loving time only to find out that when we went back down stairs,and his dad went up to the toilet that you could here every footstep and nosie

no wonder karls mum was making funny jokes about how she hears everything that happens in her house
