I love garlic and cooking with it.
Little tip if you take the tiny green shoot out of the middle of each clove before crushing then your breath wont smell of garlic so much as its the tiny shoot that make you stink of it afterwards
I love it. I especially love it in cauliflower cheese, and if it's a special occasion just put garlic, cream and grated cheese over your cauli and the garlic makes it curdle and go all yummy!
I'm a garlic fiend! I cut my first ever tooth on garlic bread I love the smell of garlic on my hands after cutting it, I love it in everything! I do '1000 clove chicken'....which is just a roast chicken that's been roasted in white wine, cut up oranges and loads of garlic still in the skins...I love munching on the garlic the most!
