gas/bloat

I'm pretty sure I have extreme gas/bloat. I've been burping since I woke up and my stomach is so sensitive. It hurts to just rest my hand on it or to even wear a shirt that isn't baggy.

Any solutions to help the gas go away?
 
I have the same problem, and I am not really sure on a solution, but I feel like peppermint has helped a little bit. I also avoid any foods that are gassy, like onions, coleslaw, beans, etc. I was drinking ginger ale for the nausea, but the bubbles made the gas worse. I hope you find something that works!
 
I had really super bad in the beginning too.. Try sipping on lemon water.. It helped me a little .
