Gas Cramps?

Has anyone had cramps that felt like AF that turned out to just be pregnancy gas?

I keep having cramps that feel like AF is coming, and I keep thinking I am going to find blood but it almost feels like it could be gas? Am I alone?

ive been having a mixture of cramps, lol some feel like constipation others like gas others like AF pain i check for blood too, just natural for me to after MC last time hopefully it is normal sure it is think its coz its making room in your womb

I have had that a few times. Sometimes I get very sharp pains everywhere, sometimes it feels like diarrhea cramps, but no diarrhea, just painful gas!! I have learned that it is just gas pains.

I get them too I cry out in pain but then once it's out I feel better

ye me 2 altho touch wood they have calmed down alot in the last week alot i looked huge at 4 weeks now barley a bump x

Doesnt feel like AF is coming but I had trapped wind last night - OMG

Me me me!!! It really freaks me out as I tend to feel it in my back. Every time it happens I worry, lol.

It does freak me out because it's a bit painful and once it's 'done' I'm all better again

im also due sept 20...based on my last LMP... i havent had a scan yet so i am not sure if that will get changed.
