Gender guesses on skull shape please from 12 wk scan? Thanks!

Hi ladies,

I'm freshly over from First Trimester - haven't officially migrated over fully yet but this is my very first post here in Second Trimester - I'm so excited!

I've been reading tons on nub theory, but I'm a little confused ...here's my 12 week scan pic (I'm so in love!) Can any of you girls tell me where the nub is? Is it the two darker flat white lines, or the little spot just to the left of those lines?

Any advice or gender guess is really appreciated! Thanks girls, you're awesome!

You have to get just the right shot to get the nub in. My 12 week shot what I thought was the nub was the umbilical cord, and my nub wasn't in the picture. But everyone guessed boy based on nub (cord) and girl on skull shape. And I'm having a girl.

Yeah I can't really make out a nub on that one! You couldn't see one in my 10 week pic either! :/

I can't see a nub on your scan, you can't see it in my 11week or 14 week scan pics either as lo was facing the wand. Hopefully they will be able to tell you more on your 20wk scan
