Get a BFP late in cycle

Just curious, I keep seeing so many people on here getting BFP's at 8-12 DPO, and then I get discouraged when I don't. Is it also common for people to get the BFN and then finally a BFP 14/15DPO? Just want to feel encouraged, lol!

With my ds I didnt get my bfp till 16dpo even then it was really really faint x
