Hi girls
So I'm getting down everytime I see my belly and realise I still look 5/6 months pregnant...
I've lost all my baby weight and a bit more but it's still there!
I keep eating shit food (which is prob the reason it's there) so it's time to get myself a buddy.
Me and my buddy(s) must write down everything they ate that day and what exercise (if any) they did (including leisurely walking I.e . 10 min walk to shop). This will help us keep on track of what we are eating.
The first day will be tomorrow so we'll put our current weight and then what we ate that day - and they weigh in again at end of week.
Don't cheat! Make sure everything you ate was on there.
Anyone up for it?
