Getting harder as she gets older :(

My LO is a few days shy of being 10 months. And theres NOTHING that will keep her occupied aside from things shes not allowed to have such as eating garbage off the floor or cables... UGH! I'm so frusterated. And then she just hangs on my legs. Shes not interested in a SINGLE toy. Nothing. So I have all these toys but for no reason She used to play with toys and entertain herself or look out the window.. now its like I can't do a THING. And she doesnt want cuddling because if I pick her up she arches her back and flips about screaming at me.
What can I do with her?

How is the weather where you are? Is it nice enough to do some outdoors things? It's been getting a lot nicer where I live, so when my DS2 gets cranky like that, I've been trying to take the boys outside to play. I push him around in one of those push-car things; he loves it. Or crawling around on the grass is a new favorite, don't know why its so much more fun than crawling inside.

Or if its bad weather, bath time always turns him from super cranky to happy and playing in seconds. he doesn't awlays NEED the bath, so sometimes I just put him in it to play.

Also, try putting up some toys. If you have too many out it can be overstimulating to where she may not know what to play with, or gets too bored of things she always sees. Just have a few out at a time, and interchange them regularly to stimulate interest.
