Hiya Ladies,
I was wondering if any of you were struggling to stay full for long periods of time.
This morning for example - I had a bowl of oatsosimple made with semi skimmed milk at about 8am. By 10am I was starving! So had some dairylea light and breadsticks. Im hungry again already. Lunch is at 1pm and I have an apple with me but don't want to scoff it now as won't have anything this afternoon and am more likely to raid the biccy tin.
Friday night we went out to dinner at Nandos. I have 1/2 a roast chicken (Although I only tend to eat the breast meat), sweet potatoe mash and corn. Followed by ... ahem... cheesecake. We left there are around 6pm and went home. By 10 I was so hungry I could have eaten another dinner! Had to have some granary toast .
Is it normal for me to be getting so hungry? I know they say we should up calorie intake slightly but surely I shouldn't feel hungry so quickly.
I'm defo not dehyrated as I drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day plus the odd cup of tea and fruit juice.
Any ideas?
