Getting pictures printed, not standard photo size?

I want some of pictures printing off that i've made of Laila and Romane, but they're not standard photo size. Is there any sites that'll print whatever size the picture is, or print it on a standard photo size but not stretch it (i.e. leaving white round the edges if need be) ? If anyone understand what I mean and can help, i'd appreciate it!

snapfish or truprint ( think they are the same company ) do photo prints with a white border but not sure what sizes.
