Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has any experience with achieving pregnancy while still breastfeeding or pumping breastmilk for another child?
My DS is 11 months, and DH and I want to start to ttc #2. I was breastfeeding and pumping for DS up until he was six months, and then I carried on just pumping. My period has not returned. I am wondering if there is any way to 'help' my period come back without necessarily having to stop pumping. I have a huge freezer stash for DS but would love to provide him with bm until he's 2 (and I don't have enough in the freezer for that!). I stopped pumping at night a few months back, and I pump only 3 times a day. I still produce about 30-35 ounces a day in those three pumps.
Any advice or experience? Thanks!
