It's fake.

If you look to one side of the screen there is a huge pile of stuff. Initially looks like clothes etc. If you watch it more than once you'll notice that the pile is person shaped and the door and the chair both move towards the same point

Yeah that's what I thought. OH thinks the chair is on a bit of string. Still, I thought it was an interesting story lol. Wonder how long it will take before they work out it's a hoax?

What's the bet the people who live there don't like the house anymore and are looking for an excuse to default on the lease without loosing their bond? lol
