I thought this would be interesting foir a bit of fun...

So I popped over to third tri and asked the ladies if their morning sickness dictated the sex of their baby; you know the myth girl = morning sickness, boy = no morning sickness

Interesting I had never heard that myth before but I can say that with my first pregnancy, I had no morning sickness and I had a very healthy baby boy.

This pregnancy, I'm not sure. I found out earlier (5wks) this time around and I haven't had the traditional morning sickness in a sense that I am throwing up everyday but if I am awake at 1 am, nausea kicks in for at least 30 minutes. So it will be interesting to see what I'm having this time around.

I usually feel a bit sick everyday and I have gone off my food but I don't throw up all that often. I think I have been actually sick about 5 maybe 6 times so far. Im not sure if that indicates a boy or a girl lol. I have a feeling its going to be a boy though.

there is another thread about this in first tri as well but i never suffered any sickness at all with my DD and so far touch wood i havent had nay with this pregnancy either and i have a feeling i'm haivng another girl

I've heard this before. With DD I was sick from sun up to sun down. So far with this one, I'm sick from the time my feet hit the floor until late afternoon then much better.

I haven't had the traditional morning sickness yet but im 11weeks, if it works then i'll be having a boy..

When I had my son I was sick almost everyday from 8 weeks until the day I gave birth!!! And that was with me taking anti sickness tablets.
This time I have been/felt sick from 6 weeks but I would say not to the same extent as with DS.

Seems the results are pretty inconclusive – was hoping it would swap one way or the other

I haven’t actually been sick this time at all although I did spend a month feeling incredibly queasy. I don’t know why but my gut instincts are telling me that this is a boy.

With leo i had morning sickness till 5 months but was only in the mornings, this time round i have it all day long!! so not sure as leo is a boy!

thats the samething with how your belly is they say if your belly is low it's a boy and if it's high its girl but that too isn't true.
