it also says summit like they start sending out from october the 15th but will be there before december 18th heres what it says

I got mine on the 23rd December last year after ordering in October. It was on another forum and the stuff everyone got varied wildly! Some were great, others were crap. It was a laugh though, tempted to do it again this year!
