Giving birth after a Miscarriage? & Baby Bump?

To those who have had a miscarriage their first time pregnant, and have gone on to have a full term baby, do you think the MC helped during labor (as compared to those who have never had an MC and therefore their cervix hasn't gotten the chance to widen?) I know thats an odd question but i was just wondering because i MCed and now that Ive been through that physical process i am hoping that means an easier birth (as opposed to those who have never MCed). But that could be wishful thinking LOL

Also, will i start to show sooner this pregnancy because of the MC last pregnancy? I hear that after each pregnancy you get "bigger" quicker each time you are pregnant, does that apply to those who had only a MC?
