Glands in groin

Hi my little boy is two at the end of the month and get swollen glands in his groin on and off, he has always had them as long as I can remember anyway. Anyone else’s toddler like this ? Should I be concerned?

Has your pediatrician said anything? If not I would just see a 2nd opinion.

I know swollen glands can be normal in all ages and areas, but better safe than sorry.

I was told before by my kid's pediatrician that it is normal for young kids to have an obvious gland.
