Going crazy

This is dragging already and I've got another 6 months to go. I know from experience that nothing is going to make it go faster but I feel like it's driving me crazy.

My hormones aren't helping as thinking about how long I have left and how eager I am to be a mummy again has had me in tears more than once today. I was so excited to be having another baby I forgot about the 9 months I have to wait before I get to meet it.

I feel like it's worse because I've been pregnant before, so it's not every little thing that gets me excited now, and I'm just waiting for the next big milestone. But waiting for them takes forever!!!

Don't know what the point to this post was really, guess I just wanted to put it out there as when I told OH he came out with the usual response of "Well, you wanted it so bad." Yeah, the baby...not the 9 month wait I unfortunately can't avoid!!!

Congrats on being a lemon i think its went pretty fast for me so far. the 2nd trimester is exiting with scan, movement, shopping ect xx

I've not even had my first scan yet...I think that's why it feels like it's going EXTRA slow!

really?? when is your first scan? i didnt have my first scan with my first till 16weeks and 14weeks with my second x

15 weeks. Hospital are that booked up here I've had to wait ages. Seems like forever considering i've known since 4 weeks. But didn't get to see the midwife until almost 10 weeks.

aw thats a bummer i was the same with my first waited ages for everything x

WIth Toby I got everything really fast. Had my first scan at 10 weeks. But everything was new and exciting that time so I didn't really feel like it was going slow as everything new got me giddy.

A week on Monday. But then I still have the next 25 weeks after that lol

Just try and break it down into the stages. This is my 3rd and i know what you mean. I know i have the 20 week scan this week so thinking half way there and not thinking about how many more weeks.
Also try and do fun things with your child now as they will not have you all to themselves that much longer.

Yesss time is dragging esp with not working, all I do is sit around on my lap top or watch tv. Plus the winter weather makes it ten times worse!

I do work, full time, and I have a 4 year old...I don't understand how time is dragging lol.

This is my first baby but I feel the same. The time is dragging so much. I think because I've had bad morning sickness, mood swings, leaky boobs, either eating to much or feeling sick at the thought of certain foods and not being able to exercise how I want to at the moment and I'm not even half way yet just makes me want my baby here and in my arms already. But got to wait till the end of June for that yet
