going insane with itchiness

I think i might go insane with this itchiness and rash on my tummy, its been a week now. Hospital did liver function test but that was normal, i cant sleep, its making me miserable, any one else in similar boat, what you doing for it?

I had bad itching on my chest, like you had my liver function tested but it was fine. just keep putting oil or cream on, keeping my skin hydrated really helped

Google puppps if its s rash like that then its rare and mosy hospitals in the uk dont reconise it x
