Well after having several +HPT I had bloods ran today (due to cramping). According to the blood tests I have NEVER been pregnant. My husband and I are devastated, after 2 years we thought we had cracked it but apparently we have had SEVERAL false positives! Husband has been in tears all day. Personally I have e-mailed the company i have bought tests from and made huge complaints... pictures included!

Hospital said that in future I am to have bloods ran to confirm pregnancy as HPT for some reason are showing up positive when I have less than 2MIU of HCG in my system.

Good luck ladies, i have gotten to know one or two of you over the last couple of weeks and I really wish you all the best in your pregnancy!

I am so sorry to hear this...I really hate when a person wants to have a baby just can't get pregnant, but then you see all these parents having babies left and right and not caring for them or killing them...Hoping it works for you next cycle. So sorry hun. This happened to me in July, i nearly punched the doctor. We got loads of positive tests on FRER then i started to spot, i went for bloods and they said i have never been pregnant and that the positive tests were remaining products from the miscarriage i had in June!!

I knew they wasnt because im a POAS addict, but it was the way she spoke to me like i was simple and desparate. She told me it was my bodies way of telling me i wasnt ready for a pregnancy and to wait 6 months.

That was back in July and im 7 weeks pregnant now and all seems to be progressing well.

I went on asiprin and fingers crossed this one has stuck.

I am so, so sorry!!! I am sure you were pregnant, but that you suffered an early MC. All those tests could not have been wrong. And it sucks that they are treating you like you dont know your body better. I am so sad for your OH as well. Lots of love, and hugs!! I am sure we will see you soon!!

SO sorry!! I know this isn't much consolation, but your body is probably primed for pg and you'll get your real BFP before long!

This happened with me as well. They followed my hCG down to 18... two cycles after that, I got a BFP on a FRER (after getting BFN's). I was so excited and went in for an hCG test a few days later, only to be told it was only 6!! The second line was VERY dark... how could a FRER pick up hCG of only 6? So, although the dr's office told me it was still leftover hCG from my m/c, I was and am pretty sure it was a new pg that ended quickly as a chemical.
