Got the keys!!

We got the keys to our first house today!!! Very exciting!!! I'm already calling the spare room the 'baby's room'!!!

It will be a while before we move in as I am keen to get it all looking nice before!! Need to save up some more money!! Probably 6 months or so!

Your so lucky, me and oh spoke to a mortgage broker this morning and because I'm on a temporary contract till April we can't get one even though we have over 10% deposit and can easily afford repayments, gutted is not the word
