Grapefruit Juice

I have read on here that drinking grapefruit juice can help produce fertile cervical fluid. I was just wondering how much are you meant to drink in one day?

I'm on my 1st round of clomid (cd11) and I can tell already I am not producing anywhere near as much cm as I was...

Do you notice a difference from drinking that one cup? I guess it will be too late to see any difference if I start drinking it today...

I had NO cm on clomid. Next cycle was natural and I drank 1 glass of GF juice and took EPO. It wasn't ewcm but it wasn't dry either and that was the cycle I conceived. GL Hun!
