Green poo and vaccines

LO had a big green poo just now-normal in consistency but green (has a poo only every other day since birth). She had her 12 week vaccines on modnay. Could they have caused it? She gets EBM and Formula 70/30 and normally has yellow mustardy poop.

She is eating well and has no temp-should i be worried?

Green poo may just mean shes had a bit of tummy ache...dont worry hun its normal. Poo can be green or yellow. My lo has had green poo a fair few times rather than his usual yellow but hes fine xx

You know what it is like! She has a green poo and has a good day (less colic/reflux, etc) and here i am worrying that she has this and that!
