Gro Bags!!

Morning,

My LO is 11 weeks this weekend and is getting to big for her moses, as shes bashing the sides during her sleep which wakes her up.

I am going to move her into her cot, do I put her in my room first or in her own room? And these Gro Bags...according to the guidelines for the temp in her room she needs only a short sleeve vest on??

Surley she will have cold arms and hands? x

We're putting our LO in our room in the cot, just waiting for it to arrive. He still wakes once or twice at night so prefer him to be close. He's in sleeping bags and sometimes his hands feel cold so I put scratch mitts on him. I always have him in long sleeves.

Yeah I dont feel ready to put her in a room alone, I know shes almost 11 weeks but still, and she just throws her mittens off so that wont work!! Erm the thing with gro bags is you have to be so careful they dont overheat, I think I will go and buy her some long sleeve vests that should solve it and the mittens will stay on easier that way! x

My LO is in short sleeve vests, and his hands and arms don't bother him. The long sleeve is for cooler rooms, so I wouldn't put LO in one unless I could cool the room down first.

Hmmm mixed responses here, erm my bedroom is showing 22-24 on my gro egg thermometer thing plus she will be beside the window also, erm ill try her tonight with short sleeves and see how she sleeps cos she does wake when shes cold, being a girl shes soft!!!

One step closer to her going in her own room I guess, but just not yet!! xx

my room was 22 last night and i had LO in a sleepsuit and 1 tog, however she was cold to the touch in the night x

Well according to Gro bags website he/she should have a long sleeve vest on under the gro bag if its 22 and if its 24 a short sleeve vest!!

I onlt have short sleeve ones so ill be buying some for her to sleep in. Ill worry she'll be cold.x
