Groin pain???

Has anyone ever heard of groin pain as a symptom of early pregnancy? I was pregnant in February (ended in MC at just under 5 weeks) and I had what felt like growing pains in my groin, and it would occasionally be stabbing pains (not excruciating, but definitely noticeable and uncomfortable). I am now in the TWW and I have those same pains again in my groin. Has this happened to anyone else? The only info I can find online is about round ligament pain, but that supposedly doesn't start until later in pregnancy. My periods have been fairly irregular since my MC, so I'm not really sure when to expect AF. The longest my cycle has been is 35 days, so I'm going to wait that long to take a test, so I still have another week or so to go!

I have had pains in my groin around the time AF was due in both of my pregnancies. Personally I would test now!
