Growth charts

We just had a lovely 20 week scan... Beautiful photos! Staying yellow
The midwife said everything was fine...

When I got my notes back I notice that she had put a growth chart in my notes... I thought nothing of this until I got home and noticed a sticker on the front saying "Growth Chart in these notes, please use"..... Which made me think maybe not everybody get this....

So was one put in your notes at your 20week scan?
