Growth spurt at 19 days old?

Hi everyone,
I'm much more relaxed about breastfeeding my LO on demand, the only issue I'm having at the minute is that his latching on doesn't seem as good any more, it's much more hard work getting him to open his mouth nice and wide! So my right breast has got a little sore and hurts when I feed him.

anyway, back to the point of my post! Yesterday LO was 19 days old and he literally fed all day, and in the breaks inbetween his feeds he was not happy to be put down in his Moses basket, we just had to hold him!
He continued to feed lots through the night and I have a feeling that his constant feeding is going to continue today!

Is he at the right sort of age to be going through a growth spurt?
I'm extra hungry too which I've heard can be because of a growth spurt!

Yep about 2 weeks. Mine finished that one and seemed to start another one about 10 days later! I think 2 weeks and 6 weeks is normal spurts. Good luck!

yep there is a major growth spurt at around 18-21 days xx
