Grrr at paypal

I bought something online and paid with paypal, i later cancelled the order so got a refund. Paypal are charging me to put the refunded money back into my bank account, grrrr

Edit, ohh now apparently i cant put it back into my account because its under the min transfer amount!!
Even more grr now, i need that money!

just before xmas i bought a 26 inch monitor , paid by paypal. it arrived the next day and it didnt bloody work. They collected it again the next day , they bloody refunded me by echeque though and coz it was xmas holidays it took over 20 days for my refund to process back to me. and then it took nearly 10 days to get it out of paypal and back in to my account , was well pissed off.
