GRRRR Tax credits! I GOT THROUGH!

I used 01384 845 032. Nothing was said, although I did have to wait for 28 mins on hold.

I have now phoned 26 bloody times since yesterday only to get 1.32 secs into the call and be told that they are busy and to call back later!

crazy. You would think they would have extra staff at this time of year! I sent my forms off over a month ago and still havnt heard anything back! Xxx

I was trying to call a few weeks ago, around the time the forms were due back - 3 times I got a few minutes into the message system of yadda yadda yadda bout the renewals -to be told too busy, call again later and to be cut off!

I don't want to pay for several minutes of message to not be given the choice of holding!

have u checked your banks as i herad nothing and checked my bank and it was in 4 weeks later got a leter to tell me about it lol.

I've tried about 5 times a day for a week and cant get bloody through, its driving me insane.
Even tried at 8.10 on Sunday morning and couldnt get through. Toss.

Someone said on here before to try the overpayments option, so I tried that too, but still cant get thru!!!!
