Bought car seat at a baby show on 21st of April. Promised be with us no later than 3 weeks after the event. I phone the company every week. They always promise to phone back and never do. Hsve no idea when item will be delivered to them. Then I will need a delivery date. Getting nervous baby will be joining us in 14 days!!!! What do I do if it doesn't arrive how do I get baby home. Grrrrr.
Surely the baby show should understand we are on a deadline???
 
That's bad customer service. I would call and ask for a full refund then go to a shop and buy one. What a pain though x
 
have they got a FB page? Companies are usually very quick to reply after a public complaint.
