i think im having a misscarriage i was 4weeks 3days and started bleeding yestaday no cramps but feels like af quick question do i date my ticker from when i started bleeding yestaday and my cycle is normally 28 days but ob coz i was preg af didnt come till 32 days do i still do my ticker as a 28 day cycle i know these things happen im still feeling pretty sad

I would count the first day of bleeding as CD1. Your O could be off a little this month, but since you were so early, I wouldn't think it would be much.

awww I'm sorry When I had a mc at 4 weeks I counted it as cd 1.. and found that when I got AF the next month it was a lil earlier..
