Guess the gender

I am getting my scan done tomorrow morning, and I am super excited. So I figured lets do this ONE last time(hopefully). Hopefully the baby will give us a good shot of the genitals.

What am I having? Boy or Girl

symptoms:
nausea from weeks 6-14 (all day nausea)
vomiting from week 12-14
gagging a lot from week 10-12
in the begining was super hungry all the time, not so much anymore
craving fruits and sweets and juices
intelligender test predicts boy
belly is up high
i got pimples on my face
i have felt baby movements since about 14 weeks (this is my first)
i had a dream the other night that my deceased grandma came to me in, the only thing she said to me was "its a girl"
