Putting my earthquake cake in the oven now! Can't wait!!

ummm, not as good as expected. I got all the ingredients from a health food store so the cake mix was gluten free and made with organic milk and eggs. and the sugar was organic an something else.... It was good but i think the duncan hines version would have been better. Oh well, it is edible and probably a whole lot healthier

Bummer!!! I'm sorry to hear it wasn't as good as you expected. I have made it with a cake made from scratch too instead of the mix, but it overfills the pan so you have to use a little less than all the batter. That might be a way to make it work well without using the processed cake mix.

I really want some goodies tonight, but I have nothing in the house, and now I have baby weight to lose, so I don't dare indulge too much.

I did snitch a couple of Dove chocolates with caramel though.
