Gums!

Does anyone else have really tender gums that bleed really easily and feel inflamed sometimes? I want to go to the dentist, but i dont want them to give me xrays...I was just wondering if this has to do with being pregnant because it wasnt like this before.

I was at my dentists a couple of months back and he did mention that some women have problems with bleeding gums and if it happens to keep brushing as normal not to worry about it or stop brushing etc

My next 6 month check-up is due around the same time as baby and he said to come back just before babys due for it.

YEP!! Mine always bleed when I brush my teeth, i'm going to get a softer brush and try and be gentle.

Just went to the dentist last week, they said that it is common, but pregnant women have to be more diligent about their mouths because they can get pregnancy gum disease very easily, more susceptible (typical! ) So definitely go to the dentist and tell them you are pregnant, they won't take xrays but a good cleaning might make it easier for awhile on your gums, mine have bled less since I went
